- We are using the full cashless payment and the charges are automatically calculated based on distance travelled.

What are the limitation and maximum radius coverage for riding distance and delivery?
- Maximum riding distance for motorbike taxi is 10KM (applicable from MRT / LRT stations). Meanwhile, the maximum coverage for delivery is unlimited.

What determines the rates for taxi and delivery requests made in apps?
- The rates determined by the distance between Point A & Point B. Estimation price will be shown prior to the request. Final price will be shown at the end of the destination.

Is there any rate during raining or difficult weather?
- We don’t have any specific rates during difficult weather. However, we strongly encourage our customers not to make any request during difficult weather as we prioritize safety at all times.

- Yes, we do carry investigation in the event of any violations committed by any of our stakeholders.

- Yes. There will be insurance coverage for the riders and customers for every ride.

- Our daily operation hour for customer support is from 8 am until 12 am.

- Currently we only are operating from 7.30am to 12 midnight daily.

What would happen with the transaction if there any cancellation?
- The customer will be charged a cancellation fee if the cancellation was made more than 1 minutes after placing an order.

How does cancellation work and is there any charges for any cancellation?
- The cancellation fee for every ride will be shown accordingly. The customer will need to click the cancellation button and agree to bear the cancellation charges.

What is the referral commission and how does it work?
- The referral commission works when a user invites their friends and family as users, or a Service Provider or a Store Merchant to use the Dego service, or signup on the Dego Service Provider App or signup on the Dego Merchant App and will be rewarded the amount displayed on the Dego App whenever they completed the first successful booking.

What is the minimum e-wallet for customer and rider?
- The minimum e-wallet top-up for the customer is RM10.00 while the minimum e-wallet top-up for the rider is RM20.00

Why there is deduction of RM1 when registering Debit/Credit Card details?

Basically the RM1 deducted/charge to customer card is to prove that the card is valid and can perform both 3D and 2D transaction. The transactions charge will be reversed back to the card.
However, it may take several days for the bank to reverse back the money to card.
